This policy applies to all customers who have signed up and paid for our services, which include website design, logo creation, animations, explanatory videos, hosting, domain procurement, SEO, social media marketing, app development, and other related services.

Service Approval & Delivery:

At American Digi Labs LLC, we begin working on your project after receiving your approval. Once services are delivered and approved, all payments are non-refundable. A change of mind after delivery does not qualify for a refund.

Incorrect Delivery or Revisions:

If there is an issue with the final product due to an error on our part, we will make the necessary revisions and deliver the correct version at no additional cost. However, if the customer misplaces the files after delivery or requests additional changes once the project has been completed, additional charges will apply.

No Refunds for Completed Work:

Since we fully charge our customers after services are delivered and approved, refunds will not be offered for completed work unless the issue stems from an incorrect delivery on our part.

Additional Charges for Post-Completion Requests:

Once a project is completed, any requests for further modifications, file recovery, or adjustments will incur additional charges.
